1- WHERE IT IS GROWN?
Whatever is grown locally, grab it! No one knows better than nature. People living in different regions have different requirement, which is suitable for the Indian population, might not be suitable for western counties. Even if you talk about India, there will be a different requirement for Northern & Southern region. If you are eating imported vegetables & fruits, please avoid immediately! You can’t image how much preservatives are keeping them alive!
2-WHAT IS THE COST?
Go to the local market to purchase, and ask for the most inexpensive fruits and vegetables. If they are inexpensive, there is a high possibility of high growth and local availability of food items.
